Postage

Providing that the item(s) you require are in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 7 days of receipt of the order.  Delivery will be made via 1st class Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Overseas post, dependent on the package size and location.  If you would like the item sent by recorded delivery please email your request and we will adjust the delivery charge accordingly.

Returns and Refunds

Please check your goods upon receiving them as responsibility for them becomes the customer’s upon delivery.  If they are not what you ordered please return unused and unwashed items within 7 days quoting the invoice number.  For your own protection you are advised to obtain a certificate of postage as we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not reach us.

In the unlikely event that goods are damaged, defected or missing items we will be happy to provide replacement only if we are notified within 7 days of delivery in writing.  If you wish to return goods this has to be done within 7 working days from receipt.  The item must be returned using recorded or registered delivery and the costs of return postage and packaging are the customer’s responsibility in accordance with distance selling regulations.

For items personalised or made up to a customer’s specification we are unable to except returns or refund, in accordance with distance selling regulations.

Prices are correct at time of going to print but may change without notice.  You will be informed of any changes to pricing prior to despatch of your order.  We will endeavour to notify you with supplements and new price lists of any changes to this catalogue.
